Built new in 2020 on the corner of Route 4 and Points North Drive in Turner, Maine sits this new storage unit development. Located on an approximately 9 acre commercial lot are three buildings with a total of 60 units. There are two 30’ x 100’ storage buildings on concrete slabs each with 20 - 10’ wide by 15’ deep units. The third building is 50’ x 100’ on a concrete slab with 20 - 10’ wide by 25’ deep units. All door openings for the units are 9' wide and 7' tall. These units are perfect for boat, car, toy, office, or regular household storage.

We personally monitor our buildings daily to ensure there is no tampering and that the facility remains clean and well kept. We keep units available to our customers 24/7 for your convenience.
